Automated projector screen lifting system using an electric motor and pulley shaft, designed for smooth, quiet operation. Suitable for auditoriums, theaters, multipurpose halls and control rooms, with full support for cue-based control and integration with lighting, audio and central AV control systems
2. KEY FEATURES
Lifting Mechanism
- Electric motor drive with pulley shaft, lifting the top edge of the screen.
- Rated load: 250 kg (≥ 1.5× total weight of screen + accessories, with upgrade margin).
- Lifting speed: 0.15 – 0.30 m/s, with soft start/soft stop for smooth motion.
- Duty cycle: S3 ≥ 25–40% (≥ 10 cycles/hour), suitable for frequent operation during events.
- Noise level: ≤ 45 dB(A) at 1 m, minimizing sound impact in presentation environments.
Safety & Limit Protection
2 mechanical limit switches + 1 electronic backup limit to ensure accurate stop positions.
Emergency Stop function for immediate shutdown. Slack-rope/load-drop detection for protection against cable slack, breakage or overload.
Manual override capability for operation during power failure.
3. CONTROL & INTEGRATION
Local Operation Interface
- Wall-mounted UP / STOP / DOWN switch (with key lock for safety).
- Local control panel with position indication in % of screen travel.
AV & Automation Integration
- Supports Dry Contact/Relay and RS-485 (Modbus) for connection to central controllers, lighting consoles, audio systems and BMS.
- Easily synchronized with lighting and audio cues for show control and event scenarios.
Operating Modes
- Manual: direct control via wall switch/control panel.
- Automatic: via Timecode/MIDI Setting/OSC Setting
